There are seasons where you give and give until there is almost nothing left for yourself. 🍂

If that is where you have been lately, I made something just for you.

and I, are so excited to invite you to our Inner Sanctuary Day Retreat. One full day to step away from the noise, put yourself down on your own list for once, and simply come home to yourself. 🤎

This is an intimate day created for women who are tired of being strong for everyone else and ready to finally exhale.

Together we will move gently through the day 🌿

✨ Grounding and meditation
✨ Restorative yoga
✨ Self compassion and quiet reflection
✨ A therapeutic Reiki infused sound bath
✨ Nourishing food
✨ A grounding tea ceremony
✨ Journaling and a soft closing ritual

This is not a day about becoming someone new. It is about remembering the woman who has been here all along, the one who deserves rest, softness, and the space to feel safe enough to let go. 🤍

We talk a lot about how Reiki, sound baths and meditation feel, but not enough about what they are actually doing inside your body 🧘‍♀️🍃

It almost always starts with your nervous system. When your body is stuck in survival mode, everything feels it, from your digestion to your breath to your immune system.

These practices help your body feel safe enough to come back to rest, and as your nervous system settles, everything else gets to settle with it 🤍

When things get heavy, you do not need to escape your life. 🌿

You do not need a whole new routine or a week away to feel okay again. Sometimes your body just needs a safe place to slow down and finally let go of everything it has been holding.

That is what Reiki, sound baths and meditation are here for. Reiki helps your nervous system come out of survival mode, a sound bath quiets the racing thoughts, and meditation brings you gently back to yourself.
