If we followed all the advice active adults get after 40, we’d all be lying perfectly still in orthopedic shoes waiting for retirement.

Apparently:

* squats ruin knees
* running destroys joints
* deadlifts break backs
* twisting explodes discs
* arthritis means stop moving
