This week, we’re sharing the “why” behind one of our Macon Center Lead RBTs, Ryan Conrad!
Ryan was drawn to the ABA field by a deep-seated passion for understanding how people grow and develop. After two years of seeing the life-changing impact of this work, his mission has only grown—he’s now pursuing his master’s degree to become a BCBA! 🎓
What keeps Ryan inspired?
For him, it’s all about the relationships. He finds the most fulfillment in building rapport with his clients and being there for those breakthrough moments—like when a child uses a functional phrase for the first time or gains new independence in their daily life. 🗣️✨We’re so grateful for Ryan’s “never give up” attitude and the heart he brings to our team every single day!
