Not every "educational evaluation" is a true IEE. 👀

If it's "covered by insurance," that often means a narrower scope, not the full evaluation your child is entitled to.

A real Independent Educational Evaluation reviews records, observes your child in class, includes full testing, and shows up to your IEP meeting.

Before you say yes, ask:
⭐ Will you observe my child?
⭐ Review the IEP?
⭐ Attend my meeting?

Technology is part of school life now, but more screen time is not always better for learning. Some schools are rethinking how often students use devices because too much laptop time can lead to distraction and weaker learning results.

Kids still need time to talk, read, write, play, and move. These real-world activities help build language, attention, and social skills.

A healthy mix of screen time and hands-on learning can support your child best. If you notice concerns with attention, language, or school success, it may be worth looking more closely at how your child learns best.
