The center was designed to deliver treatment to pain patients in a caring and compassionate manner, with an understanding of how chronic pain can affect numerous facets of an individual's life. Our staff strives to be courteous and friendly, and welcome patients with a variety of painful disorders and conditions. Addiction services are provided through an initial consultation, followed by testing if indicated and a discussion of the treatment plan. The treatment of addiction is majorly provided through counseling and the FDA-approved Naltrexone injectable depot or Naltrexone Implant. Naltrexone can only be prescribed and administered by a Healthcare Provider. Dr. Woodley Mardy-Davis has an additional board certification in Addiction Medicine and is well-versed in handling your most difficult dependent disorder. Confidential and regular follow-up visits are required to help you get your life back.

Recall the Nursery Rhyme Humpty Dumpty. As much as we loved that rhyme as children, at ASPInterventions we know this not to be true. Whether a severe personal injury or brittle bones after twisting and turning the wrong way we have Kyphoplasty which will literally glue your broken spinal bones back together again!
Kyphoplasty is used to treat painful compression fractures in the spine. In a compression fracture, all or part of a spine bone collapses. The procedure is also called balloon kyphoplasty. A balloon is placed through the needle, into the bone, and then inflated. This restores the height of the vertebrae. Cement is then injected into the space to make sure it does not collapse again. Balloon Kyphoplasty is performed at ASPInterventions to reduce compression fractures in the spine through a minimally invasive procedure that will get patients standing and walking pain free on the same day!
