When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born! Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you flow to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights, hot power yoga sequencing, and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. SUPER FUN AND INTENSE! Our house is SOLD 🥳🎈🎉 The day has come, and it’s definitely bittersweet...

As we move on to our next adventure we thought...what better way to celebrate other than some HOT YOGA WITH OUR FAVORITE YOGIS!!!! Let’s go out with a BANG! 🤩🙌💪

Lotus Lounge will open it’s doors for the last time starting Wednesday, May 19th through Saturday, May 29th. Class dates and times to come soon, so stay tuned!

AND! BJ has been a busy bee building some AMAZING pieces of furniture! They will be showcased and available for sale during this same time frame. Everything from shelves, to tables, to a beautifully crafted vintage bar! Pictures to come soon!

Hello Yogi loves!!

Many of you have reached to me for an update on when/if classes will resume...so here’s an update...

As most of you know, we’re in the process of selling our house. With that said, we are no longer holding classes at Lotus Lounge.

Words can’t express how much I’ve loved every moment of time that I’ve spent with every single one of you. You’ve changed my life, in more ways than one, and for that I am forever grateful.

GOOD NEWS! I will now be teaching Yoga Sculpt for Core Power Yoga back in my hometown of Chicago. If any of you travel to the Chicagoland area, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I would absolutely LOVE for you to take my class where I began my yoga journey 8 years ago.

FEEL FREE TO WATCH THE LIVE VIDEOS FOR A GOOD SWEAT SESH! They will stay posted 😊🧘🏻‍♀️🙌💪
