GrowThera ABA’s new office is conveniently located across from Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs and within walking distance of the Altamonte Mall, restaurants, shops, and community recreation opportunities.

This location allows us to offer a unique hybrid model that combines structured office-based learning with meaningful community-based services, while continuing to provide therapy in homes and schools throughout Central Florida.

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team serving the Orlando area.

$23–30/hr based on experience
Flexible scheduling opportunities
Home & community-based services
Supportive, BCBA-led environment

RBT certification preferred, but individuals with experience working with children or developmental disabilities are encouraged to apply.
