Brie and Frankie did their first event together last week and people are still floating in bliss from their experience.

It was a sound healing and craniosacral event that was soul freaking relaxing.

So proud of these two for putting such a beautiful experience together 🥹

So much intention poured into every single thing they do.

Did you know at our new location you can now book a sound bath massage?

After your massage is done, your sound bath will begin.

You don't ever even have to leave the table!

It is one of those sessions that will leave you feeling soul good.

Natalie and Brie held their first event together and it was ahhhhmazing 🥹

The love and intention that they poured in to creating this unique, nurturing experience for women was so beautiful.

They created a container where women could come together as they were and let themselves be seen, heard, and held.

We need more spaces like this.

I’m so proud of these two and the work that they are doing. It’s an honor to get to grow alongside these women and watch them step into their gifts as practitioners.

Thank you ladies, both the participants and the practitioners, for showing up and saying yes.

There is so much magic in connection and community, especially amongst women.

Don’t worry guys, we have co-ed events that happen too.

We have something for everyone around Heal.

Keep an eye out because we have a whole lot of Heal. events that will be happening this summer and we can’t wait to share them with you 🫶🏼

We believe that hugs are medicine around Heal.

People have told us that hugs are one of their favorite parts of their session 🥹

That always gets me all teary eyed to hear.

Hugs are scientifically proven to lower cortisol and blood pressure and increase oxytocin (the feel good hormone).

Massage is proven to do the same.

That’s why you leave here feeling like you are floating on a cloud ☁️

Our space and your experience here has been intentionally designed to help you let go of tension in the mind and body.

A space where you can truly relax…

Even if you don’t like hugs because we always ask before we give them 😁

We have officially moved and are in our new home y’all 🥳

I just did my first session in the space and she fell right asleep.

This building holds you like a hug 🥹

I thought I should do a little intro post to familiarize you with where to go when you get here…

The front of the building is the entrance you will go through.

You’ll know it’s the front because you will see the dolphin statue.

When you go through the front doors, there are stairs on either side you can take.

Or, a glass elevator in the middle if you prefer ✨

Whatever you choose to take, you will go up 1 floor to the 3rd floor.

Yes, just 1 floor because you actually enter the building on the 2nd floor.

It doesn’t matter whether you take the stairs or elevator, they all lead you to the same place.

Which is right by the bathroom so you can pop in and use that before your session.

You’ll go down the hallway and you’ll see our door.

We don’t have our signage up there yet, but you’ll know it our door because we have a little bench out front.

If you get here for your appointment and the door is locked, just have a seat on the bench and the door will be unlocked at your scheduled time.

It’s so beautiful in here. It really is such a peaceful vibe.

Come and get on the table! You are gonna love it Heal. 🫶🏼
