When was the last time you really had your calves massaged?

We don’t realize how much we hold there, until it gets worked on!

Our Achilles tendon runs from the bottom of our foot, all the way up into the middle of our calf… and when it gets worked, it can be the foot pain relief you’ve been needing…

And, surprisingly, getting the calves worked on can make a BIG difference in that shoulder pain you’ve been feeling.

Who remembers when Heal. had yoga?!

Or, when we had a float tank?!

Gosh, that all feels like lifetimes ago.

Well, both of those ended in 2020 and technically that’s 7 lifetimes ago 🤪

Crazy.

It’s so fun to look back and how the space evolved.

It changed so much over the years.

What a beautiful thing to get to witness a journey evolve.

Growing into something different, and honestly far more beautiful than I ever planned.

I had just turned 30 two weeks before we opened.

I had debt past my eyeballs.

I questioned my sanity every moment, especially that first 18 months with the float tank nightmare (if you weren’t around back then, I couldn’t get final approval and never got to open tank to public).

Well, really the first 3 years because 19 months after opening 2020 happened and I was on the verge of losing everything.

I didn’t take a pandemic into my 5 year payoff plan consideration and having to be closed for almost 16 weeks with all that debt was crippling.

I knew in my heart though it would all work out and I kept pressing forward.

I had a mission to bring people all the heals….even if that meant our heals we offered changed and evolved.

Actually, the whole practice changed and evolved.

In the BEST kind of way 🫶🏼

I’m so grateful to every person who has grown along the way with us.

Every client we serve- which random fact but I still see clients from when I first got licensed as a massage therapist 18 years ago.

Seriously though, every person who has been a part of this journey is what makes it so special 🫶🏼

From regulars, to friends visiting from Michigan, to class attendees and the amazing team I’ve gotten to serve alongside, y’all really make Heal. what it is.

Thank you for growing with us.

We can’t wait for you to see the new space- even if you’ve already been in….or, even if we’ve never met.

So looking forward to seeing you there and showing you what the heal we are all about ✨

It's a Heal.abration and we would love if you could join us.

Come celebrate with us and see the new space.

Your new favorite place to relax and let go.

To clear your mind and body from the tension it is holding.

To give your nervous system an opportunity to rest.

Our location may have changed, but our commitment to providing the highest quality massage therapy has not.

We hope to see you on the 12th. It is open house style so you can stop by anytime between 12:00-3:00pm to learn more about all the heals that we offer here.

We have officially settled in to our new space and now it’s time to party!!!

We are having our grand re-opening on the 12th and would love to have you there.

Even if all you can do is come by and give us a hug, it would mean a whole heal of a lot to have you there 🥹

It’s open house style so you can come anytime during the hours.

Happy birthday to us!! Heal. turns 8 today 🎂

It’s hard to believe 8 whole years have passed since this journey became.

I remember when I first got my massage license 18 years ago, and I was so excited to get to share this incredible healing art with people.

I honestly still feel that way.

After all these years, nothing brings me more joy than getting to share all the heals with you.

Especially because I “work” alongside these incredible women and practitioners.

In my opinion, that’s what makes Heal., Heal.

A whole team of practitioners who love what they do and are excited to share it.

Each of us pours so much love, intention, respect and dedication into the services we provide.

It’s my favorite to hear people say how much they love being able to go between us all and know they willl have a great session no matter who they are with.

I feel so blessed and honored that I get to share this space with each of them and, every single one of you.

The Heal. today is not the same one I started 8 years ago, and not just because we got a new home earlier this year.

Back when we first started, there was big equipment in the space, with the float tank and the salt booth.

Which, both are services I still use and love to this day.

But, connection is what really heals.

Fancy equipment is great, but it’s no replacement for feeling a persons heart pour out through their hands in a massage, energy work or sound bath session.

That’s where the real magic is.

Human connection.
Heart connection.
Hugs.

It was a sound healing and craniosacral event that was soul freaking relaxing.
