A Stepping Stone Sober Living House WOMEN ONLY
Rooms for rent in Altamonte Springs in a sober environment. We are now open for womens sober living. GIVE YOURSELF THAT CHANCE!

Cost is $170.00 a week, and includes tv, internet access, electric, water and rent, as well as cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, Bring own laundry detergent! Structured enviornment to learn how to live sober! Whether you are just coming out of treatment, or are already in recovery
and need a safe place to live, we can help! Research shows that people who
follow treatment with a sober living house have a much better chance of acheiving and maintaining long term recovery! Learning how to live sober takes a while and doing that with others who understand what you are going through is an awesome experience. Making new freinds who are sober is also hard to do, but you'll have a head start if you are living with other people in recovery.

🪷 Recovery Dharma at Recovery Connections 🪷

Join us every Thursday at Noon for Recovery Dharma, a peer-led recovery meeting that draws on Buddhist principles and meditation practices to support healing from addiction and other forms of suffering. Whether you're new to recovery, new to meditation, or simply curious, you are welcome here.

Together, we explore mindfulness, discuss recovery-focused teachings, and connect with others walking a similar path. No experience with Buddhism or meditation is required.

• A supportive and welcoming community
• Space for reflection, healing, and growth

🧘 While we have some meditation props available, participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, meditation cushion, pillow, blanket, or other comfort items to help create a practice space that feels right for them.
