This training is for ANYONE who has an open mind and the willingness to take the first step. Our weekend warrior teacher training is perfect for busy lives, as there are only 4️⃣ training weekends Sept - Nov 2026. The training is for all levels of interest from personal growth, to a goal of teaching, to working on leadership skills. We are so excited for our new class to begin their training journey. We have Crystal Sisters LLC & The Frenchie Fix at our studio this Saturday July 25th starting at 8:30am! And just Crystal Sisters on Sunday July 26th from 8:45am-1 pm📿☕️🍪🧘

Crystal Sisters will be set up in our lobby for our clients to shop before and after class. (* Special note - the public may come shop in our lobby after classes on Saturday from 10-11:00am and/or Sunday 12:30-1 pm)

The Frenchie Fix coffee truck will be parked in front of our studio doors and is open to the public!

We love hosting other local businesses and so excited to bring a great weekend of fitness, gemstone jewelry, natural crystals, coffee, & treats to our amazing community!

So excited to officially welcome Taylor Foreman, RYT 300hrs, to our teaching team! Taylor is teaching HPF this Friday, July 3rd, at 9:30am! 🧘🤩🇺🇸 This will be her weekly class!
