Before Sept 1, families with United Healthcare insurance will still have an opportunity to access insurance-covered lactation care through Basking Babies, LLC. If you are pregnant, have recently given birth, or think you need professional lactation care, schedule your first Lactation consultation visit before September 1 to help secure your insurance covered care. Unfortunately, due to changes in United Healthcare's coverage process, I will not longer be able to submit lactation claims to United Healthcare for new clients after September 1. Current clients established before Sept 1 are not affected. Dont wait until problems arise.
