I am Jen Wiggin, LMT, NCBTMB

I graduated from Globe University in September 2012. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, pre-natal/pregnancy, and therapeutic massages. I like to incorporate assisted stretching into my massages to help tight muscles release and use cupping as a tool to increase circulation in an area that is restricted. I am also certified in the Graston Technique which

helps improve circulation and break up scar tissue. I am passionate about wellness and fitness, and I love to help people be the best they can be! I believe that massage is an excellent alternative way to help improve your health physically, mentally and spiritually. Massage is a great addition to a healthy lifestyle at any age.
