💜October is almost here, and Team StoryPoint is preparing for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

We need your help reaching our fundraising goal. We invite families, friends, local businesses, and community partners to support our team with a donation of any amount.

Every contribution supports the Alzheimer’s Association and brings us closer to a future without Alzheimer’s. 🧠💜

We celebrated National Trail Mix Day with a delicious Build-Your-Own Trail Mix Bar! Our residents had a blast creating their perfect mix of sweet, salty, crunchy, and tasty treats. 😋🥨🍬
