Today marks an important milestone for our team. We have been a part of this community for 20 years, but we have been an Oakleaf Clinic for exactly one year today. Tonight we all gathered (before this picture was taken), shared our joys, accomplishments, and visions for the future. It has been an overwhelming year of growth and change for us, but every day we are in awe of the wonderful women we are honored to serve. We ended our evening by strolling through River Prairie Park, taking in the music, familiar faces, yummy treats, and ending at our sponsorship sign for a photo. We love this new era and we hope that we get to serve this community for another 20+ years. Willow Creek Women's Clinic has an opening for a dynamic hybrid Medical Office/Medical Records position that supports both medical records operations and our front desk team. This role helps ensure that patients feel welcome and supported, that providers have timely access to complete patient information, and that clinic operations remain efficient throughout the day. We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills, adaptability, situational awareness, and the ability to shift priorities in response to real-time patient and clinic needs. Opportunities for cross-training in additional clinic support responsibilities may be available based on clinic needs, employee experience, and demonstrated competency.

Did we have the best night or what? Women in community with women - learning, laughing, and caring for ourselves. It was magical to share our inaugural Sip, Savor, & Support event with all of you. Work on Highway 53 between Golf Road in Eau Claire and 40th Avenue in Lake Hallie has resumed. The highway and its ramps will remain open, but drivers will encounter lane closures. Construction is scheduled to be completed by Memorial Day.
