On this day, September 18, 1895, the first chiropractic adjustment was delivered by D.D. Palmer in Davenport, Iowa. We’ve seen lives changed for the better ever since!

I’m quite sure that teams who go through Software Migrations together are next level. 😅💯💪🏼

So grateful for these incredible women who have worked selflessly through every challenge. It’s truly been a team effort, and I couldn’t ask for a better group to navigate it with!
While it’s been a lot of work behind the scenes, every training and zoom call watched, problem solved, and lesson learned is helping us create an even better experience for the patients we have the privilege of serving.

Avoiding stress is not the goal -because that would be impossible- but we CAN build resilience. 💪

So the question is “how do I build a nervous system that can handle it?”

Because resilience isn’t a mindset. It’s test of your nervous system’s function.

🧠 When your nervous system is regulated, stress looks different. The same situation that would’ve sent you spiraling last year feels manageable. You bounce back faster. You don’t carry tension for days. Your body knows how to return to baseline after a stressful event.

That’s resilience. And it’s trainable.

✨ Chiropractic care builds stress tolerance by removing interference in your nervous system, improving your vagal tone (your body’s ability to calm down), and literally increasing your capacity to handle life’s inevitable challenges.

Today was special! Our Chamber puts on an annual Women of Vision Health Panel, with our topic this year being 𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉.

It’s an honor to be one of the presenters, promoting and discussing how to achieve optimal health, with each presenter bringing their unique perspective and real life applications.
