An unexpected pregnancy can make you feel like everything is falling apart. The fear is real and so is the exhaustion, and we are not going to pretend it is easy.

But here is what we have seen over and over again. Women who feel completely unprepared become strong, loving mothers, and they do it with help and support from the people around them. You are more capable than you feel today.

Sometimes asking for help is the bravest thing you can do. If you're pregnant and feeling overwhelmed, scared, or unsure about what comes next, let someone walk beside you. You don't have to do every part of this alone.
