Meet Kia she has served as the Human Resources Director at The Lev at Wi******er for the past year and a half. Prior to her role in senior living, Kia built a strong foundation in the home health industry, developing expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and organizational leadership.
Outside of work, Kia is a devoted wife and mother of two children. She enjoys cooking, watching movies, serving in ministry, hosting game nights, and spending quality time with family and friends. Kia is passionate about building meaningful relationships, mentorship, and helping others both professionally and personally.
