Congratulations Danielle Swiney

Congratulations to Alvin ISD Board of Trustees Vice President Danielle Swiney on being selected for the prestigious Leadership TASB Class of 2027!

Leadership TASB is a highly selective, yearlong leadership program that equips Texas school board trustees with advanced skills in governance, collaboration, advocacy, and community engagement to strengthen public education. Each year, only up to 36 trustees from across the state are chosen to participate.

Throughout the program, participants explore research-based leadership practices, develop professional networks with trustees from across Texas, and gain strategies to help improve student outcomes while serving their local communities.

We are proud to see Mrs. Swiney represent Alvin ISD through this outstanding leadership opportunity. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement, and thank you for your continued dedication to the students, staff, and families of Alvin ISD!
