Fresh, local, simple… that’s the kind of summer I’m craving ☀️🌿
As busy moms and families, it’s easy to overcomplicate healthy eating this time of year. But nourishing your body doesn’t have to be stressful. Some of the best things we can do are also the simplest:
• Choose fresh, local foods when possible
• Wash & prep produce ahead of time
• Keep easy whole-food snacks on hand
• Plan simple meals instead of perfect meals
• Slow down and enjoy meals together 🥘
Summer is meant to be enjoyed, not stressed over.
