🎸 Turn it up! It’s time to rock our Sit-N-Fit session! 🤘💪

Our residents grabbed their pool noodles, cranked up the rock ‘n’ roll, and got those arms moving while having a whole lot of fun. Staying active has never looked so good! ❤️🎶

Our residents and staff have been enjoying morning walks together, soaking up the fresh air, getting a little exercise, and sharing lots of smiles along the way. It’s amazing how something as simple as a walk can brighten everyone’s day!❤️
