In observance of Memorial Day, FMC Georgia will be closed today as we honor and remember the brave men and women who selflessly gave their lives for our nation. For any urgent needs, CareXpress Gem Lake will be open 10 AM to 5 PM. We will resume regular hours tomorrow (Tuesday).

Could your water bottle be making you sick? Reusable bottles can easily trap moisture, which creates the perfect environment for mold and bacteria to grow, especially if they are not cleaned regularly.

To stay safe, wash your bottle daily with warm, soapy water, let it dry completely, and give it a deeper clean a few times a week. Paying attention to lids and straws is especially important, since buildup can hide there. A simple habit can go a long way in protecting your health!
