Sharing some before and afters (durings, lol) of one of my clients here at Active Nutrition!

Obie came to me in September of 2023 looking for a meal plan to follow — we put one together and just LOOK AT HIS RESULTS!! 😱

He hasn’t been perfect, but he’s been consistent. And he’s reached his goal weight 💪🏼

In 7.5 months, these are his results ⬇️
• He’s DOWN 35.8lbs

• He’s CUT his Visceral Fat IN HALF
• He’s DOWN 15.75in Total

Things with the sale of my business are progressing QUICKLY; and *assuming all things go as planned* our last day at Active Nutrition Amarillo will be May 25th 😳🙃😭

Funny enough, I've been getting LOTS of questions recently about renting my peacock chairs.

I've got TWO identical chairs (cushions don't match though...one is cream, the other is orange). These are *for rent only* -- and typically I can drop off and pickup, because I'm very particular about how they are handled. Lol
