What a perfect start to 24 Hours in the Canyon!

This is our favorite event of the year. Teams spend 24 hours riding the trails of Palo Duro Canyon raising money to support and provide services for cancer survivors and their families, right here in the Texas Panhandle.

Our team of caring doctors will be on-site all weekend. We hope you won't need us -- but we will be here if you do.
