Every member of our Pilates team is STOTT PILATES® certified—training that requires a significant investment in education, anatomy, movement principles, technique and hands-on practice.

Why does that matter to us? Because we believe you deserve an instructor who doesn’t just know what movement comes next, but understands why you’re doing it, how your body should move and when something needs to be modified.

We’re excited to introduce dry needling for scar mobilization at Re-Form.

Dry needling can be used around scar tissue as part of a targeted approach to help improve mobility and address areas of restriction—especially when a scar feels tight, stuck or uncomfortable.
