Figure-4 Stretch: Lie on your back with knees bent. Cross the ankle of your painful leg over the opposite thigh, then gently pull the uncrossed thigh toward your chest until you feel a comfortable stretch in your buttock. Hold for 20-30 sec
Knee to Opposite Shoulder: While lying on your back, bend the knee on your painful side. Use both hands to draw that knee across your body toward your opposite shoulder until you feel a stretch in your outer hip. Hold for 20-30 sec.
Cat-Cow Stretch: Get on your hands and knees in a tabletop position. Inhale as you arch your back and lift your head, then exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling while tucking your chin. Cycle through this 10-15 times to gently mobilize the spine
