Today we're celebrating Rosemary and four years since weight loss surgery.

One of the things we love most about sharing milestones like this is the reminder that bariatric surgery isn't just about surgery day. It's a journey that continues through every season that follows.

Teachers, we know mornings move FAST.

One of our PWLC patients recently turned to the Panhandle Weight Loss Center Support Group after her usual breakfast routine stopped working for her. She needed something high-protein, lower-carb, and easy enough for a busy morning on the way to school.

And, as usual, our PWLC community came through with plenty of ideas.

That's one of the things we love about this group. Sometimes the best advice comes from people who understand exactly what you're navigating and have figured out what works in their own real, busy lives.

Sometimes you don't realize how far you've come until you try to pick it up. 😂

At 10 months post-op, Valerie picked up a 40-pound bag of dog food and could barely lift it- and then it hit her.

She's lost almost THREE of those.

93 pounds down since surgery and still going.
