🚨We are hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Amarillo Center for Skilled Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Our therapists provide person-centered care that empowers residents to achieve their highest level of function and independence.
🌟Key Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve function, safety, and quality of life.
Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the rehabilitation and nursing teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Attend required department and facility meetings.
🌟Qualifications
Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a collaborative environment.
