Unbalanced phone usage in marriage? It’s a bigger issue than you think.

It might seem small—one partner constantly scrolling while the other tries to connect—but over time, those moments add up. What starts as frustration can turn into feeling unseen, unheard, or unimportant. And that’s when bigger issues start to show up.

In this video, I’m breaking down how phone habits impact emotional connection in relationships and what you can do to create healthier boundaries around screen time. Because your relationship deserves your presence, not just your proximity.

How do you and your partner navigate phone usage? 💚

When the days get shorter and the weather turns cold, it’s common to feel more tired, withdrawn, or just… off. It’s not all in your head, and it’s not something you just “push through.” Seasonal depression is a real shift in your mental health that deserves attention and care.

In this video, I’m breaking down what seasonal depression looks like, why it happens, and what you can do to support yourself through it. Small steps can make a big difference.

How are you taking care of yourself this season? 💚

Showing up for my community isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.

I feel called to walk alongside people because I’ve been in their shoes. I know what it’s like to need support, to feel stuck, to wonder if things will ever feel lighter. That’s why this work matters so much to me.

Whether it’s through therapy, community involvement, or simply creating spaces where people feel seen and heard, I’m here for it.

Because we all deserve someone in our corner, cheering us on and reminding us we don’t have to do life alone.

Grateful to serve this community and honored to be part of your journey. 💚

The best birthday gift: a reminder of how powerful kindness can be.

One of my coworkers surprised me with a “give something, take what you need” board—a place where people could leave or take sticky notes of encouragement. It was such a simple, beautiful idea, and honestly? It was more meaningful than I expected.

Seeing people share words of encouragement, hope, and support reminded me that we all need those little moments of connection. Sometimes the smallest gestures create the biggest impact.

I had to share this here because it’s such an uplifting idea—and maybe it’ll inspire you to create something like this in your own space. 💛

Love doesn’t end when the holiday does.

Valentine’s Day is sweet, but real relationship maintenance happens in the everyday moments, the check-ins, the small gestures, the intentional conversations. If you want a healthy, thriving relationship, it takes more than one day of roses and chocolates.

In this video, I’m sharing practical ways to keep showing up for your partner long after February 14th. Because the best relationships aren’t built on grand gestures, they’re built on consistent care.

What’s one way you’re investing in your relationship this year? 💚

Another year around the sun, and one of the biggest lessons I’m taking with me is this: making memories with the people you love is a gift you can’t put a price tag on.

As I celebrate my birthday, I’m reminded how healing it is to pause and truly celebrate the people who matter most—and to let myself be celebrated too.

If this season has taught me anything, it’s that receiving love without guilt is just as important as giving it. That kind of connection is the recharge we need to keep showing up fully for others.

Gentle reminder today: take a moment to celebrate someone you love—or allow yourself to be celebrated. Your nervous system (and your heart) will thank you.
