As we move into the weekend… 🤍
The to-do list can wait. The emails will still be there. The laundry isn’t going anywhere. Groceries can be delivered.
But your body? It’s been carrying you all week.
Take a moment to slow down. Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Take a deep breath.
Whether it’s a massage, a facial, a walk in the sunshine, or simply an afternoon doing absolutely nothing…rest is productive too. If your body has been screaming for a break, maybe it’s time to listen.
Your weekend reminder: You don’t have to earn rest.
