I’ve been thinking about fall and what I want to bring to the markets over the next couple months. 🍂

Of course the juices aren’t going anywhere… but I’ve been wanting to play around with some new botanical drinks too.

Herbs, fruits, spices… simple ingredients that taste good and have a little purpose behind them. 🌿

I have a few ideas I’m going to start testing this week, and I’m kind of excited about it.

And for those of you who remember Witch’s Brew… 👀🧙‍♀️
I have a feeling she’ll be making her comeback very soon.

What would you like to see in a fall botanical drink? 🍎🌿

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Today is a little reminder to recognize the hard work that happens every day — often quietly and behind the scenes.

To the healthcare workers, farmers, makers, small business owners, teachers, tradespeople, service workers and everyone who gets up and does the work day after day — today is for you.

I’m grateful to be part of a community filled with so many hardworking people.

I hope today brings you a little time to rest, recharge and enjoy the people you love. 🤍

Can I be a little vulnerable for a minute?

As farmers market season starts winding down over the next couple of months, I’ve been thinking a lot about what’s next for Rooted2Wellness.

I love making the herbal products, fresh juices, teas, tinctures and all the little wellness things I bring to the markets — but I also want to make sure I’m creating things you actually want and making them available in a way that works for you.

So I’d really love your input. ❤️

Do you enjoy seeing the wellness information I share here? Is there anything you’d like me to talk about more?

And when market season is over… how would you actually want to get your Rooted2Wellness goodies?

Would you come to Amboy for local pickup?
Would you like occasional pop-ups?
Preorder + pickup days?
Local delivery?
Would you be interested in ordering online?

I’ll still be doing some pop-ups through the winter, but I won’t have a consistent weekly market like I do now.

I’m honestly just trying to figure out what the next season of Rooted2Wellness looks like — and since you’re the ones who support this little business, I’d really love to hear from you.

Tell me what you want. What you love. What you want more of. What would make Rooted2Wellness easier for you to shop.

I’m listening. 🌿

SURPRISE! I’ll be at Twin City Farmers Market this Saturday! 🌿

This was a little last-minute addition and wasn’t originally on my September schedule — AND you’ll find me in a different spot this time!

📍 Look for Rooted2Wellness near the beginning of the pavilion in spot 1B instead of my usual spot toward the end.

I’ll have all the herbal goodies with me, plus I’m in the kitchen today making fresh batches of Elderberry Syrup.

And of course… JUICE. 🧃

This week I’m switching things up a little with some simple, fresh-pressed blends with fewer ingredients — letting the fruits + veggies do their thing without overcomplicating it.

I’ll share the full drink lineup soon!

See you Saturday at Twin City! 🤍

If I had a farm stand outside my house on a rural road, would people stop for juice, lattes, or herbal products, or would that be too out of the way?

🔥 Fire Cider — an old-fashioned herbal remedy with a kick!

Fire cider has been used for generations as a daily wellness tonic, especially during the colder months and seasonal changes.

Mine is made with apple cider vinegar, turmeric, garlic, ginger, horseradish root, black peppercorns, oranges, lemon, rosemary, thyme & jalapeño.

Traditionally used to support:
• Healthy digestion & digestive comfort
• Immune wellness
• Circulation & warming the body
• Respiratory wellness
• Overall seasonal wellness

Take a small amount daily as part of your wellness routine — it definitely has a kick! 🔥

Available in 8 oz & 16 oz bottles.

Have you ever tried fire cider?
