This is my last weekend off for me to reconnect back to reality, and I’m spending it at a meditation center in Kalama. ☺️

These last 6 months have brought a lot of challenges… both beautiful and difficult. But that’s life, right? We ride the waves as they come. 🌊

And sometimes healing isn’t about pushing through or staying busy. Sometimes it’s about slowing down long enough to truly sit with the transitions, the sadness, the growth, the uncertainty, and the changes happening within us… so we can fully move through them and come back stronger, clearer, and more aligned.

As healers, caregivers, and space holders, we pour so much into others. But protecting and restoring our own energy is just as important. ✨

I’m feeling hopeful for what’s ahead and excited for this next season of life and business. Over the summer months I’ll be posting a new schedule for sound baths, Reiki sessions, and special events. 🌿
