As an RN, BSN, CPN, and Transformative Nurse Coach, I have over 24 years of nursing experience encompassing Med-Surg, Diabetes, Emergency, Primary Care, and Research. I have earned certification in Transformative Nurse Coach from the Nurse Coach Collective and am a Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse. ​

As a Transformative Nurse Coach, I look forward to creating a safe and empowering space that will allow my clients to discover their unique healing potential.

What an amazing day 1st time waterskiing 💦🚤 I have so much fun with The Bridge community!

If are sitting at home feeling sorry for yourself get involved in an adaptive community. You’re never too old to find possibilities.

I’m 58 years old and never thought this was possible ❤️ one physical therapist dream to help bridge the gap in movement in an adaptive way is amazing.

I met Danny Meyers at the SOAR event and scheduled a meeting to see how The Bridge could help my amputee clients I coach as a nurse at Baobab Life Centered Wellness.

This has been a beautiful resource for my business and helping so many clients get outdoors and meet other likeminded individuals that understands your life.
I encourage you to take a look at The Bridge and find a sport you would like to try. They have over 20 plus sports to pick from 🚴🏻‍♀️🛶⚽️🏀🏈🎾🏓⛳️⛷️

Paddle fest 🛶 2026 in Cincinnati Ohio, Genius World Record made with 1600 kayaks 🛶 going down the Ohio River today.

I feel blessed that I was able to do this amazing experience with The Bridge Adaptive Sports & Rec they make things possible for people like me to find our abilities with our disabilities ❤️

Come check out the other 20 plus sports they have available for anyone needing to find a sport they can do in an adaptive way!!

The possibilities are unlimited!

I’m excited that I get to set a world record tomorrow at paddle fest 🛶

While waiting for Mark to come get me I met the man who stated paddle fest! He said it started ima conference room as a dream and now tomorrow we get to set a world record!!

Bucket list ✅ off as 1600 paddlers go up the Ohio River 🚣🏾 yes the river is shut down from barges!

Please pray for no rain ☔️ in the morning 😳

This is Disability Pride Month!! Never give up on your story and where you want to go and or be as a person! Don’t let anyone tell you can’t do something!! Find your people and your purpose in life. As an amputee nurse coach that is what I specialize in helping people move in life they way that they know how!! It may not look perfect but it is they way you know how❤️🦿🦽
