“Today was my first day back after taking a couple months off for knee surgery, I had some floating cartridge and meniscus tears I needed to get taken care of. Even though my legs were shaking after the workout today it felt so good to be back doing something for myself! My kids were out of the routine too and did not want to come, but they all made new friends today and asked if we could go back tomorrow. The Burn family is something special.” 🩵
