anyone else’s nose notice the colder weather before the rest of you? 🍂

i love a cozy fall morning, but waking up with a dry, stuffy nose isn’t my favorite. xlear’s original saline nasal spray has become a regular part of my morning and evening routine, and i can honestly feel the difference 🤎

👉🏼 comment “ME” and i’ll send you the one i use!

Huge thanks to Project Out Loud for having Xlear CEO Nate Jones on to take the xylitol headlines head-on.

Let’s be direct: The headlines got ahead of the science. Way ahead.

Here’s what the scary headlines left out:

* The 2024 research found an association between elevated blood xylitol levels and cardiovascular events. Not proof that consuming xylitol causes heart problems. The researchers called for more investigation. That’s a BIG distinction.
* Your body naturally produces xylitol every day. It’s already in your bloodstream.
* Xylitol is also found naturally in fruits and vegetables you already eat.
* Dose and route of exposure matter. Chewing gum, brushing your teeth, and using a nasal spray aren’t the same as consuming a large dose of xylitol.
We’re not here to tell you to panic. And we’re certainly not telling you to ignore science.

We’re here to challenge the sensationalism and encourage people to look at what the research actually shows.

Because science should drive the headlines. Not the other way around.

Don’t take our word for it. Read it for yourself.

Calling all fall sports moms 📣🍂

Cleats in the trunk. Granola bars in the console. A water bottle rolling around somewhere. Your car is basically a mobile command center, and you run it like a pro. 🙌

Between dusty fields, pollen, dry air, and packed gyms, fall keeps your crew on the move. So we built the ultimate Sideline Survival Kit:

💧 Water, and lots of it. A refillable bottle for every kid, plus a backup.
🍎 Grab-and-go snacks. Protein and fruit to skip the sugar crash.
👃 Xlear Nasal Spray. Saline + xylitol to help rinse and moisturize nasal passages after a long day outdoors. Simple, drug-free, and travel-size friendly.
🧦 The comfort extras. Sunscreen, first aid, extra socks, wipes, and a cozy blanket for chilly night games.

✨ The post-game ritual: Before everyone piles into the car, off come the muddy cleats and out comes the Xlear. A quick spritz to rinse away the dust of the day. That’s it.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about care, consistency, and a whole lot of cheering. 📣

Tell us in the comments 👇 What’s the one thing that ALWAYS lives in your sideline bag?
