We provide primary care for children and adults of all ages who have medical conditions or symptoms and complaints. Services are available without an appointment, when you need it most. Offering for all ages: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.

Please join us in sending a massive congratulations to Bryan Hernandez from our clinical staff, who is celebrating an incredible 5-year work anniversary with us! 🎉

Bryan is highly motivated by the direct impact he makes in patient care every day. He loves working closely alongside our providers to diagnose and treat illnesses, finding it deeply rewarding to see the tangible results of our teamwork as our patients recover and get better.

Outside of the office, Bryan focuses on his faith and staying active. He regularly attends service at the Kingdom Hall and enjoys dedicated time working out.

If you've ever wondered who keeps our office running smoothly, look no further than Kayla! 💼✨ We are celebrating a massive milestone—Kayla is officially marking 11 YEARS with CareConnect!

Kayla spends her days doing what she does best: helping everyone who walks through our doors. Whether she's solving a complex problem for a patient or supporting our staff behind the scenes, her goal is always to lift others up to the absolute best of her ability.

When she’s off the clock and stepping away from the desk, Kayla is busy mastering a brand-new hobby—she’s recently taken up golf! ⛳🏌️‍♀️ We’re so incredibly grateful for her 11 years of leadership, dedication, and the energy she brings to our team every day.
