Dr. Gonstead has said “Remember that chiropractic always works. When it does not seem to, examine your application, but do not question the principle.”

One adjustment doesn’t fix everything. Just like one day of braces doesn’t make your teeth straight, or one workout doesn’t make you look like a bodybuilder, or eating one healthy meal doesn’t make you lose weight.

Get my point?

I will always be upfront with you and never guarantee 1,6,12,24 adjustments you will be back to feeling perfect. It takes time. You need to put in work outside of adjustments by helping your body heal.

Our bodies are so smart and never want to be in deregulation but by listening to it you can help.

Get adjusted. Let your body heal. Repeat.

Did you know a lot of shoulder issues stem from the spine?

Yup! A subluxation in the cervical spine or upper thoracic area may be the source of nagging shoulder pain.

Addressing the spine is the first thing; then we analyze the shoulder itself. The shoulder joint has the most range of motion than any other joint. Its movement relays on many other joints around it to get full range.

Your shoulder pain could be a spinal issue!
