We are literally building a new timeline and leaving a lot of our old self behind, learning lessons from our wounds and integrating more of our identities. If you feel the shift, it is here! Honor where you are and allow yourself to be led by your own inner compass. This weekend, be sure to spend some time in nature, as nature will fill your cup and help you gain more strength and clarity around your purpose and mindset.

Listen to your body and the natural rhythms that surround you. There is a palpable heartbeat that is universal for many of us right now, inspiring us into new ideas and directions. Allow it to bring you home to your roots and yourself.

This new moon in Gemini is moving mountains to get our attention. It’s dissolving any past belief systems that are holding us back and giving us a clean slate to build our foundations with renewed enthusiasm and a steady pace.

The subconscious mind is removing false illusions that we have created to keep ourselves feeling safe. That means that any stories, agendas, or narratives that we believe to be true, may not be true at all.

This moon is intense, as most of them lately seem to be. It’s bringing relief to the chaos but also having us question what we want to carry with us into the future. It’s bringing our attention to what is inside, not outside of us. The energy this is creating is one of strength and resilience, not resistance.

In order to get into that strength and resilience, we must first let go of the things that keep us in loops and in patterns and acknowledge the very thing that is limiting. Once this happens, then something incredible happens - you begin to see the world in a different way.

You can move more freely, think more opportunely and become less of a “seeker” and more of a “doer”. The doer chops wood and carries water. The seeker forgets that there is strength needed to chop wood and carry water. This moon reminds us that we all hold wisdom - wisdom beyond what a book, or post or Instagram video can tell us. It’s about learning to look within and trust the process. It’s about rest, and time for quiet. In the quiet you hear yourself think.

Thank you new moon for bringing more wisdom. The world certainly needs more critical thinkers and doers. Remember, what you seek is seeking you - but what you “do” can make a difference that lasts lifetimes.

Today is said to be the luckiest day of the year! The stars are aligning just so and there is something to be said for the power of positive thinking.

While I still feel exactly the same, I must say I am truly looking forward to something to open and flow for the rest of this year.

So far, 2026 has felt a bit stuck and muddy (at least for me); however, I do feel the universe opening its doors into something new and fresh and authentic. It feels like a homecoming - a sense of fulfillment and excitement, just teetering on the edge of careful hope and dreams.

I feel as if I’m shaking off the tightly fitted garments and stepping into the pieces that fit just right. It’s a nice feeling. Shedding the old versions of ourselves is a must, so we can truly become who we are meant to be. All the learning in between - the lessons, the growing pains of being human and growing into ourselves. What a journey it is. For those of us who work tirelessly each day to hold up our half of the sky, I see you.

So, on this lucky day, I make a wish. I can’t say what that wish is, but it is for all of you and I hope it comes true - because in this wild world, we look out for each other (and maybe, just maybe that is the wish)

June is one of my favorite months of the year - not only is it my birthday month, but it is the time to welcome Summer, to celebrate culture and diversity (as we should do every month), and it's typically a time to slow down, to breathe, relax, dip your toes in the sand, take long walks, and to imagine your life as you want it.

It's a month to get involved, to support community, to offer your services for activism and to raise your voice!

The world is begging to slow down, pause and re-assess what is working and what isn't. Our own communities are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed and looking for ways to connect. Social media is a great avenue for this - but, not in the way you may think.

People are craving real, raw, honest connection and it's time we use social media for what it was truly intended for. We are needing the arts, humanity, culture, intentional conversations, and it's more important than ever to share your work in a very intentional way - one that inspires, uplifts, motivates, but doesn't need or desire.

We have to toss that model out the window. True connection comes from the heart. True connection comes from storytelling, volunteering, being a good friend and neighbor. We are being guided to move in new ways and that my friends, I am here for. Life is what we make it to be - and June gifts us an opportunity to re-evaluate what matters most.

How we approach mental health, mindfulness, wellness, the arts, the humanities, - all of it comes from one place and that is one of sincerity and consistency. In order to raise the bar, we have to stay focused on the end goal and that is making this world a better place for all.

This month has been so full of creativity, new connections, team building, transformation, beauty, and community.

On May 8th, I co-created with the team in Amesbury, MA, alongside my talented sister, who captured these amazing shots. Our goal was to inspire an evening of dress-up, styling outfits from my modern-to-vintage upcycled clothing, weaving in stunning pieces from Caravan, that created individualized esthetic to curate unique and eclectic outfits that were inspired by art deco, boho, coastal, and vintage vibes.

Owner, Jen Silver, treated us to a night of bubbly, charcuterie and filled the shop with a selection of tunes that brought everyone together. Kate Redgate worked the room, side by side with Jen and I to create inspired looks. Models and stole the show, bringing our visions to life. It was a magical night!

This is how it’s done folks. Making connections that last and that inspire new looks, so we feel truer to ourselves. To be bold, authentic and real with those around us - to stand out in a room.

As a transformational coach, my work goes way beyond the traditional career coaching or wellness field - it models real living, taking risks into unfamiliar territory and being inspired by your own uniqueness. In a world that constantly tells us to be more, we must always remember to be ourselves.

True transformation comes from within, and that includes all the parts of our life story that make us who we are. There are many versions of ourselves that we get to meet in a lifetime. Let’s greet them all with enthusiasm and gratitude. Even if we don’t always like those versions, they appear for a reason (and often just for a season).

Sometimes the way you show up on the outside doesn’t match how you feel on the inside — and that’s where my work comes in. I offer closet edits, wardrobe consulting, real beauty, and transformational coaching that’s fully individualized to meet you exactly where you are. Growth starts with the desire to become a better human and reflect that evolution back into the world around you.

This new moon in Ta**us tomorrow is tipping the scales with energy. It's been off the charts for most of May, but this last 7-10 days has been pushing a lot of us into realms of discomfort, anxiety and truth serums. It's more important than ever to protect your energy, say "no" to things that aren't aligned and to move towards a direction that feels good to you.

This moon is clearing the past and positioning us towards a better future. It is holding so much potency, it's squeezing us into such discomfort, that only growth will be the result. Talk about transformation! It's working from the inside out - if you have been under the weather, feeling depleted, frustrated, stalled, confused, then this month is working to help you to create better boundaries, set the tone for what you are calling in and to manifest something more aligned and attainable.

Don't let this moon pass you by...use it to get clear, and I mean really clear with your intentions. Ask for what you need, not necessarily what you want - those don't always align in the way we think they will. These next few days will continue to be electric, giving us opportunity to choose our words and decisions wisely.

Like an old sage would say "think before you speak and only speak if it's meant to be heard". Some things are better left for a later date. We are all feeling this unusual time and it requires TLC.

As we grow, we discover what truly matters. And often, it’s found in the messiness of everyday life; the unfolded laundry, the dishes in the sink, the papers on the desk, the laughter in the next room.

One of my favorite places. It holds so much magic! I fill my house with the dried flowers and look forward to visiting every single time (which is often)!
