🔔NEW TRAINING DATES JUST DROPPED🔔 Our next 5 Needle Protocol (5NP) training is coming up December 4–6 in Roanoke!

This hands-on, 3-day training teaches you how to become an Auricular Acupuncture Technician (AAT) and use ear acupuncture to support stress relief, relaxation, and trauma-informed care. Whether you work in healthcare, recovery services, community outreach, or simply want to bring another tool to the people you serve, we’d love to have you!

You’ll learn alongside a wonderful group of people, get plenty of hands-on practice, and leave with a starter kit to help you continue your training.

Yarn for Your Neighbor is back! 🧶 Do you love knitting, crocheting, or crafting? Put those skills to good use and help keep our neighbors warm this winter! We’re collecting handmade hats, gloves, socks, scarves, blankets, and other cozy items to share with our community. For every individual item you donate, you’ll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win the fill-a-bag prize from The Scrappy Elephant LYH 🐘💕
Donations are due by December 1st, when we’ll announce the winner. A HUGE thank you to The Scrappy Elephant for partnering with us for the second year in a row! We’re so grateful for their continued support and for helping us bring a little extra warmth to our neighbors this winter. 💚🥕
