This policy simply helps us protect our clients, our team, and our small business while keeping things fair for everyone. Thank you for always understanding and supporting us!

The dreaded cancellation policy post… and trust us, this is one we really didn’t want to have to make.

We absolutely love and value every single one of our clients, and we truly understand that life happens. But with the recent increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we unfortunately have to start more consistently enforcing our cancellation policy.

This is not something we want to do. It’s simply necessary to protect our small business, our therapists, and the time we reserve just for you. Every appointment matters, and when appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, it makes it incredibly difficult to keep things running smoothly.

Please know how much we appreciate you choosing us, trusting us, and supporting our little business. We are so incredibly grateful for every one of you, and we truly hope you understand why we need to be a little more firm with our policy.

25 years ago today, our world changed forever. 25 years… let that sink in. It’s hard to believe that so much time has passed, yet somehow, it still feels like yesterday. Today, we remember the lives lost, the families changed forever, and the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away. We honor and love all of our first responders and military who continue to protect and serve, and we will forever be grateful for their courage and sacrifice. 25 years later, we still remember. We will never forget.

We have some exciting news to share!!!!! Krysta has officially joined the Buffalo Bills Recovery Team! We couldn’t be more proud of this incredible opportunity and everything she has worked so hard to achieve.

As a result, Krysta will no longer be accepting new clients, and current clients may notice some small scheduling adjustments starting now through the football season.

We promise. This is only temporary 🙂

“Hello! My name is Alyssa and I’m a New York Licensed Massage Therapist with a degree from New York Institute of Massage! My passion for massage started at a young age and here I am 15 years later. I enjoy deep tissue massage and medical massage. When I’m not massaging I enjoy theatre, watching Buffalo sports (Let’s go Buffalo!!), and my fair share of both reality TV and sitcoms!”

Safe to say… she’s bringing the pressure AND the personality 😌👏

We are beyond excited to have Alyssa join our team and can’t wait for you all to meet her! She’ll be in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and alternating Fridays & Saturdays—so get ready to book your new favorite therapist 🔥
