0RYT, 95RCYT, YACEP, Certified Trapeze Yoga Instructor, Certified Restorative Teen Yoga Instructor and is a Certified Children's Yoga Instructor. She has also been a Teacher Trainer for Kidding Around Yoga since 2017. In 2013 she decided to combine her two loves of teaching and yoga and started Let's Play & Namaste, yoga classes for children. This is a wonderful mix of yoga techniques through song, dance and play. To keep the children engaged yoga needs to be fun! We are able to keep the classes exciting while incorporating different yoga techniques such as breathing, meditation & poses in every class. The benefits of yoga for children are overwhelming. It boosts children's confidence while minimizing anxiety, stress and even depression, providing them with tools to manage everyday obstacles.
