Perimenopause + Jet Lag + Sleep Issues = a special kind of torture. 😅

Can we talk about sleep for a minute?

Because apparently perimenopause wasn’t enough.

Now let’s add jet lag to the mix.

And while we’re at it, can someone explain why I can suddenly hear my blood pumping through my ear when I lay on one specific side? 🤔

Between the middle-of-the-night wake-ups, the tossing and turning, the random surges of anxiety, and now feeling like I have my own internal sound machine… this one is wild.

I know I’m not the only one dealing with strange symptoms that make you stop and think, “What in the world is happening to my body?”

Perimenopause has a way of keeping us humble.

So tell me…

Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is this just another item to add to the ever-growing list of things nobody warned us about? 😂
