Overuse injuries are becoming increasingly common in youth sports, often driven by repetitive motions, year-round training, early sport specialization, and pressure to “play through pain”

All of these can lead to:
💥stress fractures
💥tendonitis
💥growth plate injuries
💥chronic pain

These can follow kids long past the season—or even end their athletic careers early.

Physical therapy plays a critical role in changing that story!!
