Sarah Lawrence of “Your Holistic Heath Coach” started here at The Seed in May! Please welcome her to our team of healers and wellness providers 💚🌱

🍏 Sarah is a functional nutritionist & lifestyle practitioner and health coach, with some specialties in peri/menopause. She also is a laughter yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ instructor!

📍 Sarah is in person every Tuesday, here in Amherst, and provides telehealth sessions most other days of the week. 💻

#️⃣2️⃣ She is our second “Sarah L” in our space so if you hear us referring to “Sarah 2” this is your gal! ⬆️

Thank you to the Amherst, NH school district for inviting us and hosting your 1st annual “Spring Wellness Fair” 🌷🌞 We loved meeting the community and talking about our many services. And look! 5 out of our 10 providers were there, for community meet & greets! 💚
