*** Thank you for your attention, wanted to share some information to ease the anxiety and panic that seems to be the pervasive mood***
We are experimenting with office hours, this week will be M-W-F from 8-11 am & 3-6 pm. This could change by next week. We are getting busier as more folks are finding out that regular care decreases the accumulation of stress and anxiety. Also, the governor has deemed chiropractic care ESSENTIAL! We are taking precautions seriously and are here for your safety. The integrity and function of your spine and nervous system are interlinked both anatomically and physiologically. One of the major premises of our profession is that a wellness lifestyle encourages us to LIVE OUR LIFE WITHOUT FEAR. We used to joke that doctors got immunity when we received our diplomas, who would be around to care for the sick, if doctors were sick?
Rule #1 in these kinds of situations is to NOT PANIC!
Daily you should be getting plenty of sleep, taking naps. Hydrate. Get off the couch and go outside for a walk (BTW how many of you have seen an abundance of new walkers?). Boost your levels of Vitamin C, take your probiotics, get good rest and spend some time in prayer, meditation and/or journaling. We have a wonderful saying that we have been using for years. “DON'T LET THINGS YOU CANT CONTROL, CONTROL YOU”. Anxiety makes people say and do stupid things; be nice to one another, we are all in this together. Practice graciousness w/ your quarantined friends and family.

This situation will end and as Americans we will survive, learn, grow and come back stronger as a nation and a people. Don’t panic, practice patience.
