Currently Medicare covers acupuncture for chronic low back pain. However they dont reimburse acupuncturists who are the experts in this treatment modality and the most highly trained. Passing HR4803, Judy Chu's Acupuncture For Our Seniors will insure that acupuncturist are reimbursed for the expert acupuncture care they give to those patients who have Medicare. Tell your congressman if this is important to you.
