Our next free Childbirth & Parenting Preparation class is Tuesday, August 18, from 5pm-8pm! Registration deadline is this coming Tuesday, August 11.

Our comprehensive childbirth preparation class is taught by our experienced labor and delivery nurses to help you prepare for your birthing experience. This class covers the latest evidence-based information to help you prepare for pregnancy, delivery, and the postpartum period. Some topics include comfort measures for labor, car seat instruction by state police, Q&A with our pediatricians and more.

We encourage expectant couples to attend around 28-30 weeks.
