I absolutely love working with women that feel exhausted and overworked by the system. This isn’t because I enjoy seeing them suffer. Quite the opposite. I enjoy illuminating the power that resides within them … the power to reclaim their own story. I teach my lovelies how they have been pushed through a process that wasn’t even theirs to begin with. Happy Nurturers’ Day.

To every woman who has ever held space for another human being, animal and/or plant. Showing up, soft and steady, for someone who needed it. Mothering in ways that don’t always come with a card or a brunch reservation.

To the ones growing a baby in their heart while their body catches up.

To the aunties, the godmothers, the friends who became family.

To the women nurturing themselves back to wholeness right now. Parenting an inner child counts too. That counts enormously.

Mothering is an energy before it is a title.
