A little late, but I couldn’t let Nurses Week end without recognizing our incredible home health nurses. 💙🏡

Thank you for the compassion, patience, and care you bring into every patient’s home each day. Your work goes far beyond nursing — you bring comfort, reassurance, dignity, and kindness to patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Home health nursing is not easy. Long drives, endless charting, changing conditions, and still showing up with a caring heart every visit — your dedication does not go unnoticed.

Innovative Health Services proudly participated in the Senior Resource Fair hosted by the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Office of Aging last May 2, 2026.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with seniors, families, and fellow community partners. It was a meaningful day sharing how home health services can support independence, safety, and quality of life at home.
