But don’t be throwing in the towel just yet. Here’s a simple guide to help ease the pain.

Here at Runners Edge we focus a lot of the don loading and progress when the tendon’s ready. Using our other services such as shockwave and dry needling can help speed up the process.

Tendons takes the longest to heal so it’s important to work with a physical therapist to make sure you’re not doing too much too fast or else you go back to step 1

The hip muscles, prevent the knee from caving in and adding additional stress.

By making the hip stronger it allows pressure to be taken off the knee and properly disburse energy along the entire leg
