As an oncology physician assistant right here in Anchorage, Jeremy centers his practice on delivering world class, compassionate care to every patient he sees. His impact also extends far beyond our clinic walls. He is a tireless advocate for expanding access to high quality cancer care for families all across Alaska.

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Before the month ends and the busy Alaskan summer truly begins, we want to make sure you have the tools to protect yourself.

Early detection is everything when it comes to melanoma. Make regular self exams a habit. When you check your skin, remember the ABCDE rule:

𝗔𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆: One half of a mole does not match the other.

𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿: The edges look irregular or uneven.

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿: There are multiple shades present.

𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿: The spot is larger than a pencil eraser.

𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: The spot is changing over time.
